Evans Halshaw Micra Maintenance Ripoff

Nissan Micra maintenance reminder needs to be reset. Evans Halshaw, the Nissan main dealer in Bedford, charge £41.25 to do this. The procedure to do this yourself is below

1)Turn ignition on (do not start car). On dash, press Menu.

2) Scroll down to Maintenance and press OK

3) Scroll to Service, and hold down OK button for 20 seconds

4)Follow 2 options to reset service reminder and choose interval

5)Feel pleased you have saved £41.25

This entire procedure takes approx 30 seconds. This puts the valuation on the technicians time at about £4950/hour. Maybe I should apply for a job there.
